What is this mushroom? Parasol Mushroom?

Parasol mushroom?
At first thought I was thinking it is a parasol mushroom due to the ring, shaggy top. However, I have been looking at this site, it shows what mushroom are seasonally around now and it seems like it is a Amanita Rubescens - the blusher.

    It looks like a Shaggy Parasol to me. I've seen these mushrooms pop up everywhere and they seem to have a long season. The ring will be a good clue: if it is a Blusher it will be grooved.

    The Shaggy Parasol has a lovely rich taste and, apparently the Blusher can be eaten once cooked which removes the toxins (although I've never tried this!).
